The present invention provides an expression vector for controlling the overall expression of an active heterologous protein, which comprises: 1) a promoter; 2) a restriction site for inserting a polynucleotide which encodes heterologous proteins which include a translation termination codon; and 3) a gene construct to which repeats of trinucleotide and hexanucleotide are bound in sequence. |
