The present invention provides a long-life, high-capacity lithium secondary cell intended to improve cycle characteristics and suppress a reduction in capacity particularly when used in high-temperature environments. A lithium secondary cell having a positive-electrode-active-substance layer containing a positive-electrode active substance, a negative-electrode active-substance layer containing a silicon material as a negative-electrode active-substance, and an electrolyte in which both layers are immersed, wherein the electrolyte includes at least one specific cyclic acid anhydride. |
