titleOfInvention Method for producing detoxified liver
abstract In the present invention, it was found to be possible to sterilize a liver with respect to microorganisms existing therein by boiling water lavage of bile ducts and the pylorum and then disinfection of the liver using a chlorine-based disinfectant. Further, after disinfection using a chlorine-based disinfectant, it was found to be possible to further enhance the sterilizing effect by freezing the liver.
