abstract |
An image measurement device (100) is provided with: an image acquisition unit (101) which acquires a specimen image that is an image obtained by photographing a specimen; a standard color space conversion unit (102) which converts the specimen image into a standard specimen image that is an image in a standard color space; a color distribution normalization unit (103) which converts the standard specimen image into a normal specimen image by converting the pixel values of respective pixels of the standard specimen image such that a color distribution vector indicating the color distribution of the standard specimen image matches a standard color distribution vector indicating a predetermined standard color distribution; and a positive rate acquisition unit which detects positive pixels by performing threshold processing on the pixel values of respective pixels of the normal specimen image and acquires a positive rate indicating the proportion of the detected positive pixels. |
