abstract |
Disclosed are a marine bacteria cold-adapted protease and an encoded gene and an application thereof. An amino acid sequence of the cold-adapted protease in the present invention is shown in SEQ ID NO.2. A gene of the cold-adapted protease is encoded, and a nucleotide sequence thereof is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The present invention provides a new cold-adapted protease gene hspa1 for encoding a gene of a cold-adapted protease HSPA2 and a cold-adapted protease HSPA2 encoded by the same. The cold-adapted protease HSPA2 has excellent cold adapted performance and has wide use in protein hydrolysis. |
