The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrode mixture that exhibits little change in viscosity, a high electrode density, and excellent flexibility, even when 24 hours have passed since the preparation of the mixture, and that can be used to manufacture electrodes that can be used to produce batteries with superior electrical characteristics. The present invention is an electrode mixture that includes an organic solvent, a binder, and a powdered electrode material. The electrode mixture is characterized in that: the binder includes a polyvinylidene fluoride and a fluorine-containing polymer comprising a tetrafluoroethylene-based polymerization unit and a vinylidene fluoride-based polymerization unit; the fluorine-containing polymer has a vinylidene fluoride-based polymerization unit content of 80.0 – 90.0 mol% with respect to all of the polymerization units; and the polyvinylidene fluoride has a number-average molecular weight of 150,000 – 1,400,000. |
