titleOfInvention | Improved sol composition injection nozzle for sol-gel chip production, and sol-gel chip making device containing same |
abstract | The present invention concerns an improved sol composition injection nozzle for sol-gel chip production and a sol-gel chip producing device containing same, and, more specifically, relates to a sol composition injection nozzle whereby injection of the sol composition is improved by modifying the inside and the outside surfaces of the nozzle so as to differ, and relates to a sol-gel chip making device containing the nozzle. With the sol-gel chip producing device using the improved sol composition injection nozzle according to the present invention, injection is improved in such a way that the sol composition can flow down well by modifying the inside and outside of the nozzle as compared with the prior art and there is a marked reduction in sol composition hardening inside the nozzle and blocking of the nozzle during injection of the sol composition, and there is an increase in the force and rate at which the sol-gel solution is injected such that injection is made easier and automation and large-volume manufacture of sol-gel chips is made possible. In addition, the device according to the present invention is useful since use of said device makes it possible to manufacture more uniform and better aligned sol-gel chips than in the prior art. |
