titleOfInvention Ultrasonic atomization device
abstract In the present invention, an ultrasonic atomization device is provided with the following: a liquid-absorbing wick (22) that absorbs a chemical from a chemical container; and a vibrating sheet (32) that has a large number of micropores (36) that extend from one side of said vibrating sheet (32) to the other in the thickness direction thereof. The vibration of a piezoelectric vibrator (31) causes the vibrating sheet (32) to atomize and spray the chemical supplied via the liquid-absorbing wick (22). The vibrating sheet (32) has a convex section (37) that is shaped like a frustum of a circular cone. This configuration increases the spray height and improves the diffusion of the sprayed liquid.
