abstract The present invention relates to a soybean yellow common mosaic virus (SYCMV)-derived recombinant virus vector comprising a promoter and a full-length SYCMV nucleic acid sequence, and comprising a restriction enzyme site for inserting exotic genes into shell protein coding genes of the full-length SYCMV sequence or between shell protein coding genes and the 3'-end of the SYCMV sequence. The present invention also relates to: a method for analyzing the function of exotic genes using the recombinant virus vector and a method for over-expressing exotic genes,; a method for producing a plant body having silenced exotic genes using the recombinant virus vector and a method for producing a plant body having over-expressed exotic genes; and a plant body produced by the method; the seeds of the plant body; and the SYCMV genes consisting of the base sequence of sequence number 1.
