abstract |
The present invention relates to a gas barrier film which comprises: a first gas barrier layer that is obtained by subjecting a layer containing a polysilazane to a vacuum ultraviolet light irradiation treatment; a second gas barrier layer that is obtained by subjecting a layer containing a polysilazane to a vacuum ultraviolet light irradiation treatment; and a hydrophobic intermediate layer that is arranged between the first gas barrier layer and the second gas barrier layer, and contains metal compound particles. The present invention is able to provide a gas barrier film that has extremely excellent gas barrier properties and durability, while having good productivity. |
