abstract The invention relates to an analyte detector including at least two electronic components that are differentiated by the electrical properties thereof, said components consisting of nanotubes, nanowires or graphene, which are sensitive to analytes. According to the invention, the two electronic components are connected together so as to form a logic inverter, the first electronic component being a field-effect transistor, and the second electronic component being selected from between a field-effect transistor and a resistor.
