The present invention provides a thermoelectric conversion material, which has excellent thermoelectric performance and flexibility, and which can be simply manufactured at low cost, and a method for manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion material. The thermoelectric conversion material has a thin film on a supporting body, said thin film being composed of a thermoelectric semiconductor composition containing thermoelectric semiconductor fine particles and a conductive polymer. The method for manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion material includes a step of forming the thin film by applying the thermoelectric semiconductor composition to the supporting body, said thermoelectric semiconductor composition containing the thermoelectric semiconductor fine particles and the conductive polymer, and drying the thermoelectric semiconductor composition. |
