titleOfInvention | Liquid-crystal lens |
abstract | The objective of this liquid crystal lens (1) is to reduce wave aberration, and is provided with a liquid-crystal layer (11), a first electrode (21), a second electrode (22), and a high-resistance layer (41). The first electrode (21) has: a first electrode part (21a) in which are provided a circular opening (21a1), and a communication port (21a2) for providing communication between the opening (21a1) and the exterior; and a second electrode part (21b) including a circular main electrode part (21b1) disposed inside the opening (21a1), and a draw-out electrode part (21b2) connected to the main electrode part (21b1) and disposed in the communication port (21a2). The second electrode (22) faces the first electrode (21) via the liquid-crystal layer (11). The high-resistance layer (41) is disposed between the liquid-crystal layer (11) and at least the second electrode part (21b) of the first electrode (21). The high-resistance layer (41) has a shape that conforms to rotation with respect to the center axis of the main electrode part (21b1). |
