titleOfInvention Method for managing color data of color image
abstract Disclosed is a method for managing color data based on color data in HSaln format in an HSaln color space. The method comprises: obtaining color data in XYZ format of an input device side; converting the obtained color data in XYZ format of the input device side to color data in HSaln format. The method also comprises: mapping the color data in HSaln format of the input device side to color data in HSaln format of an output device; converting the color data in HSaln format of the output device side to color data in XYZ format; converting the color data in XYZ format of the output device side to color data in a format of the output device. The method achieves the conversion from the color data independent of the device to the color data dependent on the output device; hence the output color image may not be affected by the color characteristic of the output device; and the parse matrix operation adopted in the management process is easy to implement, the computational process for the conversion is simple, and thus the conversion accuracy and the efficiency are improved and the conversion speed is increased.
