The composition containing a reaction mixture of red-ginseng extract and persimmon vinegar may exhibit the superior effects in increasing NO generation, superior effects in inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme, and the like, and therefore can be useful as a composition for effectively preventing or inhibiting vascular diseases, including arteriosclerosis, hypertension, angina, myocardial infarction, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, complications caused after a transluminal coronary angioplasty, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, strokes, etc. |
