An adhesive patch in which an adhesion layer containing diclofenac or a salt thereof is formed on a supporting body, wherein: the adhesion layer contains a thermoplastic elastomer, a liquid paraffin, diclofenac or a salt thereof, and a dissolving agent; the content of the liquid paraffin exceeds 300 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic elastomer; and the adhesion layer may contain 10 weight% or less of a tackifier. |
