abstract |
Provided is a wire harness protection material used as a wire harness protective layer, the wire harness protection material exhibiting protective properties even in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. Also provided is a wire harness. A wire harness protective layer (2) is formed by molding, into a predetermined shape, a wire harness protection material (1) using a non-woven fabric exhibiting thermoforming properties and containing polyethylene terephthalate fibers having a weight average molecular weight between 10,000 and 200,000. A wire harness (3) is configured by covering the periphery of a wire bundle (4) with the wire harness protective layer (2). |
