abstract The invention relates to DRY CONCENTRATE FOR REFRESHING BEVERAGES SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES AND PEOPLE ON REDUCTION DIET AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF and belongs to the field of non-alcoholic beverages and by it is solved problem obtaining a dry concentrates for making a refreshing drink with royal jelly and aloe, whose positive physiological features are significantly prolonged, and is without preservatives, and is made without sucrose with artificial sweeteners, so that it can be used by people with diabetes (diabetics) and people on redukcionoj diet. Ther invention is realized so that the subject dry concentrate, according to the invention is made of raw material ingredients which are measured in accurately percentages by weight, and are through the defined process prepared and later mixed together. The components of the beverage according to the invention are: xylitol 88.84 %, a mixture of aroma and colors 4.0 %, anhydrous citric acid, 2.4 %, royal jelly triturate 2.2 %, aloe vera dry extract (1 :200) 1.39 %, Si02 (silicium dioxide micronized) 1 wt% and vitamin C 0. 17 %.
