abstract The invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of acute toxic conditions and relates to the field of medicine, more particularly nanotechnology and toxicology, and can be used for the prevention and treatment of toxic conditions, inter alia acute toxic conditions, of various etiologies. The proposed pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of acute toxic conditions contains human lactoferrin protein and additionally contains non-replicating nanoparticles with a human lactoferrin gene insert, and a formulation buffer. The drug dose is 3 ml. A dose of the claimed pharmaceutical composition contains: 50-100 mg human lactoferrin; non-replicating nanoparticles in the amount of 7x10 11 physical particles; and formulation buffer the remainder, ml. The human lactoferrin used is lactoferrin from donor breast milk or any human lactoferrin.
