abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic thin film solar cell achieving high photoelectric conversion efficiency and exhibiting excellent durability. The present invention is an organic thin film solar cell having a photoelectric conversion layer, wherein the photoelectric conversion layer contains a site containing the sulfide of an element in group 15 of the periodic table and a site containing a donor-acceptor-type organic semiconductor, and the site containing the sulfide of an element in group 15 of the periodic table is in contact with the site containing a donor-acceptor-type organic semiconductor. |
