abstract |
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a polyolefin microporous film and a polyolefin microporous film manufactured using same, the method for manufacturing the polyolefin microporous film comprising the steps of: preparing a melt having a single phase by injecting into an extruder a composition comprising 30 to 60 wt. % of polyolefin and 70 to 40 wt. % of a diluent, which can thermodynamically achieve liquid-liquid phase separation from the polyolefin, and then melting and mixing same; and extruding same while proceeding with the liquid-liquid phase separation by passing the melt through a section which is set to a temperature equal to or lower than a liquid-liquid phase separation temperature, and then molding same into a sheet form. |
