abstract A downlink control information transmitting method, comprising: a base station employs a diversity transmission mode to transmit public information to a user equipment (UE) directly via a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). Also provided is a downlink control information detection method, comprising: the UE blindly detects the PDSCH carrying the public information, and acquires the public information. Also provided are a UE and a base station. The above solution reduces control information overhead.
