abstract |
The present invention relates, in a general manner, to the field of analysis for example biological analysis. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for capturing and concentrating at least one microorganism or at least one protein secreted by a microorganism that may be present in a sample placed in a container, the method comprising the following steps: a) placing said sample in contact in the container with a culture medium and a sponge able to capture the microorganism(s) or the protein(s) secreted by at least one microorganism to be detected, functionalized by a binding partner for at least one microorganism or for at least one protein secreted; b) placing the container under conditions able to allow the growth of the microorganism(s); c) repeatedly pressing and decompressing the sponge while remaining in contact with said medium. |
