abstract Disclosed are quinoline and cinnoline derivatives shown in general formula I, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates and prodrugs thereof. The compounds of general formula I have strong effect in restraining c-Met kinase. Disclosed also is the use of the compounds, the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and hydrates thereof in preparing drugs for treating diseases caused by c-Met kinase overexpression, particularly in preparing drugs for treating and/or preventing a cancer.
