abstract |
Disclosed are a method and a device for estimating genome heterozygosity rate. The method comprises: obtaining single-end RAD sequences of the genome of an individual; filtering the single-end RAD sequences to remove the sequences which are unqualified; performing statistical analysis of sequences with the same sequencing to obtain the depth information of each sequence; filtering out the sequences with a sequencing depth of 1; aligning each obtained sequence in pairs with no gaps being allowed to determine the heterozygous sites; and obtaining the heterozygosity rate of the genome of an individual according to the total number of heterozygous sites. |
