abstract The invention relates to cosmetic antiperspirants having a content of at least one dicarboxy pyridine compound of formula (DCP-1), wherein the substituents R 1 and R 2 are selected independently of each other from -OH, -OR', -NH 2 , -NHR', and -NR'R", wherein R' and R" are selected independently of each other from a saturated or unsaturated and linear or branched C 1 -C 18 alkyl group or an optionally substituted aryl group, wherein the dicarboxy pyridine compound can be present free or in salt form, said cosmetic antiperspirants having lower textile soiling than known antiperspirants.
