abstract The embodiment of the application relates to wireless communication technology, especially to a method, system and apparatus for information transmission, and is used to transmit DCI by E-PDCCH. The method of the implementation of this invention comprises: candidate E-PDCCH bearing DCI is chosen from the candidate E-PDCCH set by the network side, wherein the candidate E-PDCCH set comprises E-PDCCH which occupies continuous or discontinuous multiple time-frequency resources on the frequency domain; DCI is transmitted by the chosen candidate E-PDCCH by the network side. By using the method of the embodiment of the invention, transmitting DCI by E-PDCCH is realized, E-PDCCH occupying continuous or discontinuous resources on the frequency domain is supported effectively, and transmission efficiency and system performance are improved.
