An oligonucleotide containing a sugar-modified nucleoside is provided, wherein the sugar-modified nucleoside has a cross-linked structure between position 4' and position 2' and the oligonucleotide can bind to an apolipoprotein C-III gene. According to the invention, an oligonucleotide useful as therapeutic agent for hyperlipidemia is obtained, said oligonucleotide having an excellent binding affinity for an apolipoprotein C-III gene, superior stability and is very safe. |
