abstract A magnetic target (17) and a magnetic sensor (16) with a built-in biasing magnet are installed in a space on the inner peripheral side of a bus bar unit (6) peripherally provided with a copper plate coil (14). A cylindrical shielding member (19) covering the inner peripheral surface of the bus bar unit (6) is installed to protect the magnetic sensor (16) in order to block the external magnetic field from the stator unit (3), the coil (12), and the bus bar unit (6).
