titleOfInvention | Preparation method of transparent heat shielding film which is combination of boron compound coating process and sputtering process |
abstract | The present invention relates to a preparation method of a transparent heat shielding film which is a combination of a boron compound coating process and a sputtering process, the preparation method of a transparent heat shielding film comprising the steps of: coating an organic IR blocking layer on one surface of a first PET film, which is a base film, using an IR blocking agent comprising an inorganic metal oxide, a boron compound, a diluting solvent, an additive, and a catalyst; drying the organic IR blocking layer; forming a sputtering layer on the surface the organic IR blocking layer for reflecting infrared rays; adhering a second PET film on the surface of the sputtering layer; adhering a release film on the second PET film; and coating a hard coating layer on the other surface of the first PET film. The present invention comprising said feature can improve durability, visibility, and electromagnetic shielding, and thus can be variously applied in industries. |
