titleOfInvention Hybrid ink for czts film
abstract A hybrid ink for CZTS thin film is presented. The ink includes a water-based or alcohol-based solvent, and precursor particles uniformly dispersed in said solvent including an organo-metallic compound type Cu precursor, and metal or chalcogen particle type Zn, Sn and S (or Se) particles. The size of said particles is under 300 nm, and the compositional ratio between Cu precursor, Zn, Sn, and S (or Se) particles is Cu: 15 ~ 25 at%, Zn: 5 ~ 15 at%, Sn: 5 ~ 15 at%, S: 30 ~ 50 at%. High quality CZTS film is obtained at low annealing temperature of 300 ~ 500℃.
