abstract The present invention provides a method for manufacturing small objects that includes using microstructures formed of organic matter as a mold, placing the mold on a circuit board, depositing the desired element on the surface of an organic structure by a method such as vacuum deposition, and decomposing away the organic structure template by a method such as an ultraviolet/ozone treatment to obtain small objects composed of the desired element alone.
