The present invention concerns a method for determining a coefficient of enhancement (K e ) for standardizing palatability of fish feed pellets when coating said pellets with a palatability enhancer useful in fish feed. Using said coefficient of enhancement K e , the present invention provides a method for standardizing palatability of fish feed pellets for use in aquaculture, a method for preparing coated fish feed pellets having standardized palatability, and a method for enhancing growth of fish in aquaculture. |
