abstract | Disclosed is a method for preparing water-soluble polysaccharides with higher plants or fungi. The method comprises the following steps: placing organic-solvent-degreased higher plants or fungi residue or directly-crushed higher plants or fungi raw material into a microwave reaction cavity in which reaction is taken place in the presence of organic acid system; then distilling or organic-solvent-washing to remove the excess acid; extracting with water solution, concentrating the extracting fluid, then precipitating with ethanol, and separating the polysaccharide precipitate. The method in this invention has the advantages of high processing speed, high yield and purity of polysaccharides, low consumption of organic acid and easy recovery, and low energy consumption. |
