abstract | Disclosed is a fragmentation-layer parameter set coding method. The method includes: when there is a parameter set in the existing parameter sets in which the coding tool parameters thereof are the same as the coding tool parameters in a part of the coding tools required by the current fragmentation, coding the identification sequence number of the parameter set into the code stream of the current fragmentation, wherein the parameter set refers to public information including a coding tool(s) used by one or more fragmentations during decoding. Correspondingly, also disclosed are a fragmentation-layer parameter set decoding method and a fragmentation-layer parameter set coding and decoding device. When a plurality of parameter sets are introduced into the fragmentation header information, the coded parameter set information can also be made the best, realizing flexible configuration of the coding tool in use during fragmentation decoding and reducing information redundancy. |
