abstract Stent comprises a tubular (1) structure formed by an enclosing wall defined by a mesh scaffold that can be in a folded position in order to be inserted inside a tubular duct (2) and in a second unfolded position in order to be installed inside such tubular duct. It is characterized in that the tubular structure comprises a truncated cone shape at least in the unfolded position; the tubular structure integrates longitudinal sections (3) corresponding to the generatrices of the cited truncated cone shape, and at least two rings (4) with a circumferential trajecĀ¬ tory of different diameter connected to the longitudinal sections (3); the rings with a circumferential trajectory comprise some plaits (6), in the folded position, contained in the enveloping surface of the tubular structure.
