Disclosed is a fragment with single nucleotide polymorphism related to ankylosing spondylitis. At the site of rs17095830 of the nucleotide fragment, the frequency of base G in ankylosing spondylitis patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls; on the contrary, the frequency of base A at the same site is significantly lower than that in healthy controls; that is, when the base at the site of rs17095830 is G, specific auxiliary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis at an early stage can be performed. Also provided are a method for detecting single nucleotide polymorphism related to ankylosing spondylitis and a kit therefor. |
