A method for producing electrical steel surface super-thick insulating coating comprises the following steps: 1) coating solution preparation, comprising fully stirring a coating solution, the duration of the stirring being 0.1-4 hours, and the viscosity of the coating solution being within 10-80S; 2) strip steel coating, comprising using a two-roller or three-roller coating machine, and controlling the coating thickness and uniformity by adjusting different parameters; 3) coating baking, comprising using three-stage heating to bake the coating to form a film, the three stages being a drying stage, a baking stage and a cooling stage, the temperature during the drying stage being 100-400 °C, the temperate during the baking stage being 200-370°C; the whole duration of the drying stage and the baking stage being 33-144 seconds, the wet film drying duration being 9-39 seconds, the baking duration being 24-105 seconds; for the coated strip steel in the coating baking stage, the strip steel being transferred using a non-contact method; specifically, air with an adjustable pressure being blown to a lower surface of the strip steel to transfer the strip steel in a floated manner; the gas pressure being 0-2000 Pa, the wet film not contacting the hot furnace roller before hardened, to ensure complete film-forming on the wet-film surface; 4) on-line film thickness detection. |
