abstract | A living cell cryopreservation tool (1) is provided with: a living cell holding member (2) having a main body (23) and a living cell holding part (21); and a cylindrical housing member (3) of which one end is blocked and which can house the living cell holding member (2). The living cell holding part (21) is provided with an elongated living cell attachment holding part (22). The living cell attachment holding part (22) has heat conductors (25, 26) which extend in the lengthwise direction of the living cell attachment holding part and which protrude from the tip of the living cell attachment holding part. The cylindrical housing member is provided with a heat conductive member (32) stored within the tip end part of the cylindrical housing member. The tip end parts (25a, 26a) of the heat conductors come into contact with the heat conductive member of the cylindrical housing member when the living cell holding member is inserted into the cylindrical housing member via the tip end side of the heat conductors. |
