In addition or alternatively, a first conduit segment can include a cutting edge configured to cut an evacuation port in a flexible membrane. In further examples, methods of treating a wound of a skin layer are provided with the step of cutting an evacuation port through a flexible member with a first conduit segment and/or snapping a second conduit segment to a first conduit segment.
