Provided is a therapy system which can be widely applied to all solid cancers and which does not require the use of expensive medication such as antibodies, wherein it is possible to reduce the side effects during cancer therapy and to inhibit both the relapse and metastasis of cancer. Also provided are nano-particles for internal radiation therapy. An internal radiation therapy system of an involved area in a blood vessel, the system having: a device equipped with a means for acquiring image data indicating the position of the involved area in a blood vessel, and a means for matching a needle insertion position where the needle should be inserted in the involved area of the blood vessel with the involved area of the blood vessel on the basis of the image data; an amphipathic block polymer containing a hydrophilic block having a sarcosine unit, and a hydrophobic block having a lactic acid unit; and nano-particles containing a β radiation-emitting nuclide labeled substance. Nano-particles for the aforementioned internal radiation therapy. |
