abstract | This electrode for photoelectric conversion devices is provided with: a lower electrode part (120) that is provided on the lower surface side of a photoelectric conversion layer (13); and an upper electrode part (220) that is provided on the upper surface side of the photoelectric conversion layer. The lower electrode part and the upper electrode part respectively comprise a plurality of warp yarns (120A, 220A) and a plurality of weft yarns (120B, 220B). The warp yarns are composed of a plurality of metal wires (121, 221) that are arranged at intervals from each other, and the weft yarns are composed of a plurality of insulating wires that are arranged at intervals from each other. One of the lower electrode part and the upper electrode part functions as a p-type electrode, and the other one of the lower electrode part and the upper electrode part functions as an n-type electrode. |
