abstract |
The invention relates to pharmaceutical dosage forms that are suitable for improving the release of cinnarizine and thus the bioavailability thereof, even if there is a low amount of liquid in the gastrointestinal tract. The invention further relates to a production method for such dosage forms and to uses of such dosage forms. One aspect of the invention also relates to a particle matrix that substantially contributes to the effect according to the invention. The result according to the invention is the substantially improved solubility of the active ingredient cinnarizine. The particle matrix in the dosage form also leads to very good storage stability, particularly in regard to the particle size. Agglomeration of the particles is effectively prevented. |
