Provided are a nonaqueous electrical chemical battery and a method for preparing the same. The electrical chemical battery comprises a positive pole current collector having a positive pole coating and serving as a positive pole integrally, a negative pole, an electrolyte and a separation film. Each of the positive pole current collector and the negative pole is disposed with a tab. The negative pole is lithium metal or lithium aluminum alloy. The ratio between the capacity of the unit area of the positive pole and the capacity of the unit area of the negative pole is less than 1.0, and the ratio between the theoretical total capacity of the positive pole and the theoretical total capacity of the negative pole is greater than 1.0. In the preparation method, when the positive pole, the negative pole, the separation film are stacked, the starting end of the positive pole and the starting end of the negative pole are stacked in a misaligned manner. The process reduces the process short circuit rate, and greatly enhances the safety performance of a battery in the premise of guaranteeing the large current discharge capability. |
