abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a novel conditionally replication-competent adenovirus; and a reagent for use in the detection of a cancer cell or the diagnosis of cancer, which comprises the conditionally replication-competent adenovirus.nThe present invention provides; a polynucleotide which contains a human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) promoter, E1A gene, an IRES sequence and E1B gene in this order and also contains a target sequence for first miRNA; and a recombinant adenovirus produced by integrating a replication cassette containing the polynucleotide into an E1 region of the genome of an adenovirus. |
