abstract A metered dose sprayed inhaler composition and a preparation method thereof. The metered dose sprayed inhaler composition comprises active ingredients, namely, ethylene synergist and corticosteroids. The preparation method thereof comprises: (1) mixing 0.05-10.0%w/w alcohol with a surfactant to form a first mixed solution; (2) dispersing the ethylene synergist in the first mixed solution to form a second mixed solution; (3) adding a hydrofluoroalkane propellant to the second mixed solution to form a third mixed solution; (4) dispersing corticosteroids in the third mixed solution; (5) performing the filling step.
