A method for manufacturing crystalline polyamide resin, comprising: a first step for distilling water while heat and pressure is applied at 200°C or higher and 1.8-3.5 MPa to a mixture containing a diamine component containing (A) a diamine component containing pentamethylene diamine having a ratio of 10 mol% or more and less than 80 mol% in relation to the total amount of the diamine component, (B) a dicarboxylic acid component containing at least one acid selected from the group consisting of aromatic dicaroxylic acid, alicyclic dicarboxylic acid, and a dialkylester derivative thereof, having ratio of 76 mol% or more and 100 mol% or less in relation to the total amount of the dicarboxylic acid component, and 30 wt% or less of water; a second step for discharging pressure until atmospheric pressure is reached, after the first step; and a third step for continuing heating polycondensation after the second step and carrying out high-degree melt polymerization until the relative viscosity of the crystalline polyamide resin to be obtained is 1.8 or higher and 3.5 or less. |
