Pseudonocardia sp. SCSIO 01299 is able to produce an antibiotic deoxynyboquinone, so Pseudonocardia sp. SCSIO 01299 can be used to prepare deoxynyboquinone, thereby providing a new way for production of the antibiotic deoxynyboquinone having the anti-tumor activity.
