abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a stable dispersion of nanoparticles, comprising the steps: a) mixing a suspension of nanoparticles with an aqueous solution of gelatin hydrolysate; and b) adding an aqueous solution of gelatin to the mixture. The invention further relates to a stable dispersion of nanoparticles, and also to use thereof.
