Provided are a method for manufacturing a CI(G)S-based thin film using a two-component nanoparticle hybrid method, and the CI(G)S-based thin film manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the CI(G)S-based thin film, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: manufacturing CI(G)S-based two-component nanoparticles; manufacturing a hybrid-type slurry by mixing a solution precursor comprising the two-component nanoparticles, a CI(G)S-based element, a solvent, and a binder; forming the CI(G)S-based thin film by coating the hybrid-type slurry; and heat-processing the a CIGS thin film which is formed. As a result, pores in the thin film can be minimized, and ultimately the efficiency of a solar cell using the thin film can be enhanced by rendering the structure of the thin film more dense by means of enhancing particle growth. |
